Network/Connectivity OnePlus 8T randomly losing signal/network/4g/5g

    I tried with my wife sim with a different carrier and it's the same. If I turn on 4g the signal randomly disappear ( losing signal) and even if it recovers I have no data. The signal is full but no connection. When this happens I'm unreachable, no phone calls, no sms, nothing. Only a reboot solves the problem.
    But if I set to 2g/3g, phone works fine except the mobile data are slow and this is the only temporary fix for me.

    Have you checked with your provider, to see if there working on tower's. Sometimes the department at T-Mobile, which I use have told me they were putting new parts on. But that didn't work so they sent me a cell spot!!!. I set it up it's a small box you attach to your modem, and a GPS antenna cable up on a window. It reads your signal. Then My phone always has full signal strength. Like a mini tower. Good luck.

    i spoke to tmobile they said they are looking into it, but i know its not a service issue i have the oneplus 8 as my second phone and i have 0 issues and its always with me like the 8T

    Same issue here , randomly the exclamation mark populates on Network symbol and internet won't work for few mins. This is happening only with JIO sim and tried with new JIO sim as well , same issue. Same Sim works fine in my old mobile. Tried swapping the Sim between Slots, it didn't work. Whenever the exclamation Mark shows on Network Signal in oneplus 8T, I have seen the old device with JIO sim was having 5-10 Mbps download speed. Tried Apn reset as well, it didn't work. So it is clearly with device , something is causing issues with 4G signal and randomly exclamation mark comes and internet won't work for few mins, even though there is no issue from the service provider as the other devices are showing 5-10 Mbps download speed at the same time. Not sure how this can be fixed!!

    the first few days the phone was not usable at all, but it slowly started to work fine i still get a little lag when going from 4G to 5G but nothing like it was, not sure why that would be.

    I have the same issue on Slovenian Bob/A1. Randomly the network stops working but the network icon shows that it is still connected with full bars. I am getting only 1-2 Mb/s were on my OP 5T I got 30Mb/s.

    Same here. I get 5-7 Mb/s everywhere in Lj and everytime i leave my place I lose the signal in the elevator then I am unreachable and data does not work. Will this be fixed?

    Im running latest Oxygen 11.0.5.6.KB05BA.

    Also from Austria, same Carrier (A1), same Problem.
    Tried everthing from switching network settings around, to resetting network settings, other SIM cards, even factory resets, nothing works.
    I did not have any issues of this sort with my Oneplus 5T before switching to my 8T, and im still running the same SIMs and settings as before. Now im dealing with random mobile internet drops and normal cell service not working most of the time.
    At this point im really contemplating returning the phone, because not being able to use mobile internet and cell service being so bad that people can only reach my mailbox at times is getting really frustrating.
    Newest update didnt bring any help either unfortunately (11.0.6.9.KB05BA).
