I have just received my phone back from Oneplus as I was missing calls with no indication someone was ringing. They replaced the main board. Got it back today and same issue. I've set the phone to 2G/3G as per a previous comment to see if that works. Not a solution but might have to do for now.

hi, same issue with provider YESSS in austria.

after a restart the phone works normaly. mobile data works, i can send an receive calls. after a while (sometimes a couple hours, sometimes days) i cannot receive calls anymore and mobile data stops working.

what i tried to solve the problem:
    - removing/insert sim does not fix the problem.
    - tried swapping with sim of a friend, still no service.
    - changing preferred network to 2g/3g (or anything else) does not make it work again.

the literally only thing to get it working again is to restart the phone. customer support has suggested to reset the device, that didn't help. for now i've used the phone on 2g/3g only, that seems to work at least.

Yes, I'm in beta program. With all logs I was sended to them... the only responce i get is: we are working on that. But with every new beta... nothing with that part.
Now, I returned the phone and I will order new one but I'm affraid that will be the same. I even had a remote session with them, but the problem is still there.

Dear eastby, could you please stop with this kind of "help", because all you are doing is making people more frustrated. Some of us (I also have the same problems, but I did not write about them here yet) tried EVERYTHING that we found on this forum or even from official support and the problem is still here!

Guess what, not all Oneplus phones are "sent from heaven" and work with no flaws. There is no doubt that Oneplus is producing great phones but it looks like that not all of them are working correctly. And it's frustrating that you pay quite a lot of money to find out, that your phone is a beast, except for that basic thing, phone must do: to receive and make calls.

And do you know what is even more frustrating? For person to come here in hope to find some new idea from other forum users in order to solve the problem and all you get is a "help" from posts like yours that are not help at all.

I do not understand what you are trying to achieve with this kind of posts (that are not helping at all, because it is obvious that problem is not with the WiFi provider and not with the phone provider, but with the phone itself) but please stop it. If you can not help, then don't write anything, because this looks pathetic.

    Thank you for your understanding.

Thanks 👍🏻 But am retired t-mobile tech support. Doing my best 22yrs of this And most troubleshooting is done on The outside in. modem router reset Wi-Fi tower's. then go into the phone. your correct it is sometimes a bad phone.but you must star with a good half a dozen supportive complaints. and must be in your one year grace period. B4 anyone takes a phone Back. sorry but I'm retired. not a malicious kid breaking a phone apart. this troubleshooting is a project. Thank you for your time. just helping. people helping people. Thank you!!

Hi Hofa, thanks for your post. I tried your solution, when my mobile connectivity was stuck again. Executed the android activity selected all bands and confirmed. Lte was working again, where previously i had to restart my phone to get it working again. However, even when deselecting the band you mentioned my phone connection still gets stuck after a while. At least a step in the right direction!

Sir just always there to I agree. It might be a bad phone!! But you must call them half a dozen times to get an exchange! You can do it in your 1yr period. If there's no physical damage. I wish you lived hear. T mobile well take and exchange after same complaining they really do listen. DM any time you have an issue with your phone. Sounds like it's time for you to make a call to Oneplus. Be adamant!! With them you got a bad phone. All that money 💰 and you can't use send it Back if they can't fix it they have to replace it. Thank you. DM If you problem I can help with.

Thank you for the reply. I'm also very frustrated with the "phone". I like the other aspects of the device but without LTE it is really not nice to use. If they don't fix the problem I'm gonna change my carrier from educom to spusu. I hate that solution, but I think this is the only option I have, because I think OnePlus just doesn't care about us mainly from austria and the rest of europe.

Hi, i used the app "NetMonster" to check, at which Band i get stuck and come to this result. This worked also for a friend of mine.
