It's features and best practices for taking great photos and videos. Also is there good software that is used to view and look at the photos. Maybe process the photos. I currently upload on my photos to Google photo but I'm wondering if I should download it directly to my computer and work with it there. I am definitely an amateur but wanting to understand better camera features. I've looked at several tips and tricks videos but I think I want something a little bit more straightforward.

On the phone you can use Snapseed for basic raw editing. On the PC there many options depending on the price point you need/want.
Bouncer71 , Oct 26, 2021 : You probably won't like this answer but... It's a camera, any photography and postedit guides will do... I treat my smartphone photos the same as the ones shot on "real" cameras.. Only device specific hints would be.. Main camera minimal distance ≈ 10 cm Ultrawide Camera minimal distance ≈ 4 cm... Not possible to change aperture since it's fixed. Just go out there shoot and practice.. Get inspired by other photographers without obliviously trying to copy them.. Follow standard photography rules and break them once and a while.. You gotta like your photos and feel comfortable with the editing process.. That's the most important! The rest will follow...😉
Syrix , via OnePlus 9 Pro , Oct 26, 2021 : For programs, if you want to edit them in depth, Lightroom is an excellent tool. Snapseed is also great and it's free. I shoot RAW typically, so I always edit images. But other suggestions above are solid as well.
