That's more a packaging protector, it's not a permanent screen protector. I believe that, same as the 8 Pro, the 9 Pro won't have a Screen protector due to its slightly curved edges.

It's something T-Mobile and other Network provider customers would have to suggest to those companies. It seems unique to the US mobile network providers as they seem to want to tie people to their networks by way of one Sim only. It's generally the same in Europe with most manufacturers and carrier sales. Hence why I bought the OnePlus I have now.

Today I almos pre-ordered a OnePlus 9Pro, but when I was checking one more time the specifications, I discovered that it only has 1 nanoSIM port! I'm interested in OnePlus phones because it usually has 2 nanoSIM ports, in fact, I'm very pleased with my OnePlus 7Pro and I want to upgrade to a 5G capable device, but suddenly OnePlus change this without a previous warning or any kind of notice! Seems that they are testing how to loose customers in a very short time. Here in USA, the way the carriers permits to use 2 lines is using an Apple terminal with eSIM. If OnePlus didn't notice that this move will kill a lot of its clients is plain stupid.

Did it have the dual sim option in the settings?
Can't imagine the hardware, software would be any different.
But unlikely you could just add a dual sim, sim tray and it would just work...

No option to switch the sim in the settings either. I believe I would have to flash the global ROM and then try and source out the dual sim tray.

Thank you for the answer! I don't know if OP will release a new Warp Car Charger for 9 series, maybe they will restock the 30W, but for now my old one will do the job.

I believe that was a misprint about dual sims. It has been known from various leaks before the 9 was released that the US would get a single sim. I reckon it was just an error that the US details on the Sim availability were not updated.

Am sure esim may take over eventually and it would make sense to do this as it would reduce the need for a tray, which would have many advantages.

However you can discuss the dual sim issue with OnePlus support directly.

Yeah, I saw this as well, some of my OnePlus phones in the past were dual SIMs but they were always the international versions. I kind of wish the US version was dual SIM, but it sometimes caused some weird issues too. Oh well.

    Just got my OP9 Pro
I'm kinda dissapointed by the screen compared to my OP8 Pro. The whites are way dimmer and grey compared to the 8. Doesn't matter what setting i use. Anyone facing the same problem?
EDIT: I also like the camera on the OP8 better lol
kinda feel like sending it back..

Why is OnePlus ignoring US and Canadians? Why aren't they releasing updates for US and Canada? Especially the full update versions. WTF is going on?
