C1576799292176 , via OnePlus 7 Pro , Aug 20, 2021 : My dad's 9 Pro has been giving him 3 big issues: Calls randomly go to straight to voicemail, when trying to make a call it will randomly hang up immediately, and recently it has given him a notification on his lock screen prompting to "Preview Screenshot" even though no screenshot has been taken then when he proceeds to unlock the phone he gets a black screen. This is the US version of phone, purchased at Best Buy and activated on Verizon's 5G network. We took it to Best Buy (who were unhelpful as always), talked to Verizon, who exhausted their options, and now I'm left with the community here. We've tried restarting the device, turning airplane mode on for 5 minutes, restarting the cell antennas in the settings, and removing and replacing the SIM card. The phone has great signal strength and no issues with battery life, overheating, or responsiveness. I've had a 7 Pro since they came out, my brother got an 8 Pro when it came out, and now my dad got the 9 Pro. I haven't seen any issues like this on the 7 or 8. Thanks for any advice.

So that they can investigate them. https://forums.oneplus.com/feedback/ And you can also contact OnePlus support directly to see if they have more information on your issue. Scroll down the page for Email, Phone contact and online Chat details. https://www.oneplus.com/support

And also, backup your phone logs, then Clear the Phone App info Cache and App info Storage as well. Ensure you have the latest Oneplus Launcher version 5.1.10 released recently, link below. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.oneplus.launcher Once installed or if installed already. Then clear the OnePlus Launcher App info Cache. Restart the phone and check if this can help.

C1576799292176 , via OnePlus 7 Pro , Dec 3, 2021 : Nothing seems to be working, I followed everyone's instructions and even did a full factory reset on the phone. I'm at an impasse it would seem and will be using the warranty to see if that goes anywhere. Also sorry, I know it's been a while, but things that happen randomly take a long time to observe I suppose, especially when I'm not the one daily driving the device in question.
