    What do you mean screen and not display? Can you be more clear?
    If it is the phone display glass which is broke, you need to change the whole thing in the service center.

    There is no case above the display. The display and the glass are one piece.

    Take your phone to a service center and get the display changed.

    Are you talking about the pre-applied one? It is just plastic film,… it won’t absorb the energy of a drop,…
    As we all already wrote: your screen is damaged…you need to get it replaced…

    OnePlus 9 pro has an AMOLED display. In these type of screens, both the display panel and the glass are integrated. It means they are one piece.
    In case the glass is damaged, you need to change the entire thing.
