I have bought oneplus 9 pro 3months ago , I charge my mobile only twice a day. but the cable at the phone end is melted like the insulation is getting removed. Does it get cover? I don't know what to do 🥺🥺🥺, eventhough I use very smoothly 😭😭😭😭👍🏻

Well, usage damage is not covered in warranty. It might have been accidental, can't say about that.
You can still find the cable in the store.

AFAIK it is not covered, because it may also have been broken/damaged by your use.
Sorry, but you have to buy a new cable.

The damages are not covered under warranty.

Next time, consider changing the charging position. The current setup might be putting too much strain on the cables.

Doesn't look melted, looks more like bent and abused... It's not covered by warranty but replacement cables aren't that expensive.

That's a clean break caused from excessive bending. Warranty won't cover damage caused by the user. If the cable works fine, just use some electrical tape to protect it from further damage though I would prefer using some heatshrink tubing if you can get your hands on some.

This has become a common occurrence with new OP devices. Even my cable has started wearing off exactly like this. Been using OnePlus devices from OP 2 times and have had almost every subsequent device in the household but this started 7T onwards. Currently I have 3 such cables in my house that came with 7T, 8 Pro and 9 pro.
Maybe they changed something in their manufacturing process which is leading to this. I mean not everyone can be a rough user.

No its does not cover in warranty. Only manufacture defect products only cover in it.
Then cover it with spring at the place of damage. So it can act as protection and reduce risk of further damage.
