Padma.J , via OnePlus 9 Pro , Nov 17, 2021 : I pre-booked onePlus nord so exited to use the phone but faced what's app call receiving problem .so shifted to OnePlus 9 pro bought the phone 2 days back facing same problem like nord what to do.I have to go for service center ?
Dresa91 , Nov 17, 2021 : What issue are you exactly facing? Can you please clear cache and and storage of WhatsApp? Did you disable any battery optimization and network restrictions for WhatsApp and grant all necessary permissions?

Padma.J , via OnePlus 9 Pro , Nov 21, 2021 : Some times Iam not receiving incoming calls and not able to do out going calls also . incoming callers complaining that my mobile is switched off .today same thing happened then I switched off my mobile then it started working .I already changed my sim because faced same problem while using old sim in OnePlus 7t.I have to change any settings ??

Padma.J , via OnePlus 9 Pro , Nov 23, 2021 : On 22nd n 23rd morning I tried to check whether any calling issues are there.then I come to know my mobile is not able to make calls r receive calls .then I switched off and on after that's it started working .I will update after two days if same problem occurs.
