Hi this is my first forum post so please forgive if I miss any details.

So I've had my new Oneplus 9 pro (8GB RAM + 128GB Memory) for about 9 days now and the phone has completely froze on me 4 times, it becomes completely unresponsive for around 10 seconds and then reboots.

Most recently I was on a google Duo call for around 30mins, but it has done this when I've been using Google Chrome with only a few tabs open, I can't remember what I was doing the other 2 times its happened but I will keep this updated if/when it happens again.

I want to know if there is anyway to get into the crash reports to see what caused this to happen, I also would like to hear any suggestions from anyone to try prevent this from happening as often.

I am running Oxygen OS 11.2.2.2LE15BA

    Best regards

My phone has the exact same issue, reboots at random times (even without using it).
I just disabled bubble notifications as well to see if that does solve it. Thanks for the suggestion

Out of interest, are you using Nextcloud on your phone?
I am (or was) and it was syncing all my photos from Google Drive to my Nextcloud instance. Everytime the phone was rebooting it was also syncing photos to Nextcloud.

I decided to disable Nextcloud and I went from 3 random reboots per hour to 0 reboots in the last 12 hours.
Not sure if it has something to do with Nextcloud itself but maybe the continuously reading of the flash that causes locks and in turn will cause the reboot of the phone.
The reboot I experience doesn't require me to enter my SIM pin but only to use my unlock pattern instead of my fingerprint to unlock, it also says it has been rebooted.

How did you turn of the bubble notification? Is it like for individual app or only the common one in the notification tab in settings?

Go settings, then notifications, and at the bottom you'll find bubbles, disable it
