    Many were informed by OnePlus Customer support that other 5g bands will be enabled if needed.

    So I wonder who these “many” were, when it was told to them and by whom? Like physical evidence, chats, screen shots etc. That would make your case way stronger than just to state “many were informed”. How and don’t use that one screenshots that was posted before as that isn’t “many” that’s just one.

    Hi first OnePlus said when in india 5g come they will add more 5g varreint via software update now they're said they can't because of hardware limit I just want to know why....

    OnePlus has disappointed, since past days its been seen that the brand is really disheartening the fans of OnePlus, so was the case with me. I was miss lead, I didn't got the charger which was shown in "What's inside the box" I made a purchase even considering these fine things like charger (which I can use to to charge my Laptop as well as being a PD). But I was shocked and ashamed to know that OnePlus is no more customer centric and ethical. Their practices have changed after the exit or Carl Pie from OnePlus.



    If the charger in the box is same for all which I got then why the website shows a different charger. I made a wrong decision considering what I saw on their official website is what I will get in the box. OnePlus tries to be a market leader in Android and wants to compete with Apple that is why they have a same website layout but they failed to meet expectations of OnePlus user. If the blunder has been done and the customer is made a decision to buy the product on all basis then the customer has the right to return the product or demand for the charger which is shown in the picture. But so was not the case, the support executives are helpless and say we have fixed policies we have done the right thing you got the right product. (One can return the product saying item not shown as in image)

    On support they say we have resolved it and the charger provided is correct. (Then why do you show image of other charger and ship a different charger. I was lucky that I got a 9R similar to what is shown in the image, otherwise they would have shipped a different phone in 9R box and said its 9R only)

    Secondly, we all are aware of the bands upgrade on OnePlus which is again turned out to be false and misleading information from the brand. (They said through OTA update bands will be upgraded before buying people asked this now they say its hardware restriction)

    Being a loyal fan and upgrading from 7 to 9R, one can imagine what I thought of OnePlus as brand and what one will think of the brand right now after misleading experience and their whole BLUNDER.

    As a OnePlus fan and a community what do you feel guys, is this ethical on their part?

    The 5G issue has been discussed not the charger, what they are portraying on their official website and what they are shipping inside the box.
