Why OnePlus 9R always giving blurred selfies. Is this only issue with my phone or everyone facing same. I have a great regret now after buying this sh*t.

I think I've attached enough evidence to judge the camera

What the hell, Is that my fault to put the screen gaurd on always. Without screen guard phone display is at a risk.
OnePlus should fix some sh*t from their end. Phone is useless when it gives blurred selfies like these.

if something covers the lense, you wont get proper pictures

those photos are definitely shot in movement, that's not a blur at all. Have a feeling that you are just trying to complain for a non-existing issue.

Definitely screen-guard is needed. Also not your fault.
But make sure it doesn't cover the camera lenses, or else it may come blurry .

Also, share some actual blurred photos, as in your case seems like pictures taken while shaking mobile .
