AbhayGill017 , via OnePlus 9R , Nov 1, 2021 : On 8th Oct I availed for OnePlus's pickup service to Repair my OnePlus 9R which wouldn't turn on. On 9th Oct it was supposed to be picked up by bluedart but the guy didn't came. The Bluedart guy finally came on 12th Oct picked up my device. The device got delivered to a service center in Bangalore on 14th Oct. The device took 12 days to get accepted by engineer and finally on 28th the repair completed and then got dispatched on 29th. The engineer replaced the mainboard on my device which changed serial number and IMEI numbers. And Today:- So I just got my OnePlus 9R back from repair and turns out it's fingerprint sensor doesn't work at all now. I tried doing a restart, a factory reset, cleared cache nothing helped. I want a replacement for my device as I waited for more than 20 days to get my device back. I thought of giving it back for repair but the pickup service isn't there anymore and service center from my house is pretty far. It would be a great help if some executive helps me to get a replacement as the service center guy borked the fingerprint sensor and widevine L1 on my 9R.
