Oneplus 9R WIFI Issues - 5GHz

    I just purchased a 9R and noticed that when setting it up, it did not show me any 5GHz networks. It is very strange as my 5T shows me these networks. Has anyone else experienced this?

    It only shows 5ghz if channel is set to manual one. That is really weird. After i set it up also it fails to show 5ghz in auto channel.

    Yes but it should also detect on an automatic channel. As if i go to a friend's place, can't ask him to change the channel.

    Yes this is awkward. but It's based on the region. in some region some Channels are restricted. IDK why they do these. They simply can enable all the Channels as not everyone gonna use that particular phone on tht region.

    The same goes for me too. But I got it worse cause I can't even use my mobile data. It's like the network connection with data is really slow. Whenever I go out I just hope there is wifi anywhere but I can't do that everytime. Please can anyone help me with this problem. I have already limit my data to only 4G cause 5G is still in development in my country. Thank you.
