oneplus band bluetooth is off Jan 15, 2021

    Hi i received my oneplus band on 15th Jan its an amazing product and so easy to use!
    But suddenly the Bluetooth automatically has switched off. i tried rebooting, shutting down and charging it to 100% still no luck
    Any insight would be helpful



    >>>>>>UPDATE
    Switch off the Bluetooth and Location on phone and then switch it on again and the Bluetooth on the band is enabled (weird but works everytime)

    Connect the band via OnePlus health app not directly with the bluetooth

    Hi i finally solved the problem
    Just switch off the Bluetooth and Location on the phone and then start it again and the Bluetooth on the band is turned on and then connect via health app
