OnePlus Band via OnePlus 7T

    Hello today i have received my oneplus band and i am facing problem somerimes it easily paired sometime i doesn't and sometimes it even not showing the band option to pair so i want that either you fix it or just replace my band

    Try restarting your phone and resetting the band. I managed to get it to pair no problem and the connection is staying steady.

    Make sure you are also allowing OnePlus Health to run in the background to reduce connection dropping.

    Just to clarify:

    You have paired the band to your phone and it is showing as connected, correct?

    So the problem is that the band keeps disconnecting from your phone?

    Can I ask what version of OnePlus Health you are running? Can you look when the band is connected under manage /more/ device update that you are running the latest version for the band.

    reset the band then make sure you have the most up to date version of the health app then try opening the app clicking on manage, then add device, follow the prompts so the band pairs with the phone using the pairing code.
    This should work for you as long as the health app is up to date.

    app is up-to-date then also it get paired with pairing code but after trying many times

    1. Throw OnePlus phone away
    2. Throw OnePlus band away
    3. Buy Samsung phone
    4. Buy Samsung band
    5. Live happily ever after

    Ok, so...

    Reset the band and restart your phone and turn off Bluetooth.

    Put Bluetooth back on then use the previous method of pairing via the app and the pairing code.

    If this fails I would suggest contacting OnePlus support as the band should pair with a good connection no problem.

    Give it a go.

    I bought OnePlus band on 15th Jan, My usage was normal. But still for one and half day usage 30% of band battery got drained.. At this rate I will never reach 14 days batter life(not even a week), which was assured by OnePlus. I don't why OnePlus will is giving false assurances
