That happens only when one of the buds is inside the case... It doesn't actually mean 0% battery, it's just a glitch...

So the upcoming update will fix this issue.
I should not to worry & wait for update.

And yes you're correct but it doesn't work after removing from bud seems like the right one is master and left one is slave.

No it doesn't work on master-slave basis... Both the buds work independent of each other... The issue I am facing and almost everyone facing is that when one of the bud is placed in the case, even if it's fully charged, shows 0% in the settings but as soon as you remove that bud it shows its actual percentage.... If this is the issue you are facing then there is no need to worry as it is not a hardware issue and will be fixed soon... If you are facing somewhat different than the above then you need to contact the service team...

Have you tried resetting it? It might be happening because the left bud is not even being detected...

Man I had mentioned that for the case where when of the bud is placed inside the case it shows 0% charge... It looks like you are talking about an issue where the bud is completely dead... I am not sure about the issue you are facing

I am getting the same issue. Initially, I thought it's a firmware issue so it got updated to 340.309 and I don't think it's the latest one and it's not updating any further either.

My left ear bud is not working at all, just like you said it shows 0% battery all the time whereas the right one is working just fine.
