Bought OnePlus buds 2 days back. Sound quality and battery backup is awesome. But can't use the buds for more than 10 minutes. Both the earpeice starts to hurt my ear in just 2 mins after I tried them and it maybe because of the plastic build. Is there any solution for this.

I'm going back to my Galaxy Buds V1. The build quality on the OnePlus Buds is amazing for $ 80, but I just can't get used to the hard plastic in my ears. I prefer a good seal with my earphones where you can feel the bass pumping through the drivers, and you don't get any of that with the OP Buds. The case is awesome, small, the earphones have a satisfying 'snap' when they are put back in the case. If you like Airpods then these will probably be good for you. As for me, I continue my search for the perfect true wireless I'll continue with my Galaxy Buds in the meantime

Yeah, this is a good idea, or just use other earbuds which fits you better. The worst case will be if you continue wearing them, even if they provoke you discomfort. I did so once, and then I had a permanent pain in my years because of this. I couldn't even fall asleep sometimes because of this pain, then I decided to sell them to someone whom they will fit. I took some green malay kratom to relieve the pain, because it was already unbearable. It helped me a lot until I recovered and the pain was gone.

Many thanks for this. OnePlus gave me the OnePlus Buds free when I pre-purchased the OnePlus Nord last year. I have no problems with their battery life, charging case and times, their connection for music and voice calling is wonderful. However I am one of the people in the 2-3% that the buds will not fit in my ears in any shape, direction or form. I give up now and just have them loosely hanging at the base of my ears almost a centimetre from my ear canal. I have been lazy as I expect I could've found something but am going through a lot of chemo at present so something else always takes precedence. I will be getting these though and finally, truly be able to enjoy the buds properly. Then its just onto understanding the email support just sent me with regard to the fact I cannot get 5G on my Nord, a bit of a git as it was the whole reason I purchased it as couldn't afford a flagship, thought I'd get the best mid range phone.

Don't know what happened now. I can now use my ear buds. No pain at all. I wonder if my ear hole got big🤣😂😛
    Happy with this product now
