OnePlus buds left bud battery dead

    I just received my OnePlus buds and charged them up 100%,.this morning I connected them to my phone and the case and right bud read 100% and the left bud reads 0%. Please see screen shot, seems like a defective but or something with the case .

    I may have that issue too. Is you left bud working even showing no battery?
    Mine is showing different battery charge in different places.

    Just received the buds. When unboxed the left bud was at 0% but the right bud was at 100%.

    I have the same issue. Buds been on charge overnight, right one shows 100% but left one is 0%. When using them right one works fine but left one is completely dead.

    Looks like I'm having the same issue, except Right bud still hadIhad soundosound oddly enough, will see if it quits. On T-Mobile op8 so can't update bud firmware yet...

    Found solution:

    Put both buds in case, hold pair button at back for 10 seconds, retry pairing & wait for 2 minutes. Both should be detected fine now.

    Same issue. Left buds 0% battery. Right is 100%. Left bud is dead. Applying RMA.

    I have the same problem. It seems like its working after you reproduce the pairing and charge the case to 100%.

    Its so annoying. It seems like the right is the master and the left is a slave.


    Does anyone been in contact with OnePlus

    I did send mine to a servicecenter and this was the result... I hope that they tried to reproduce the problem seemed to be various times..

    I had same probelm since I'm too busy to ship it back. I don't know if they are going to release a software fix or I have to send it back for repairing
