djai9 , via OnePlus 6 , Oct 30, 2020 : I bought OnePlus Buds two months back and from day 1 they have major issues like connectivity, voice breakage, voice distortion, mix sound in both buds etc. I have visited customer care and they are ready for replacement but other product also have same issue. I called customer care more than 10 times and imagine they are so unresponsive that they behave like a cheap company. I even mailed customer care with all details and again imagine they are also not responding to emails. Can anyone help me what I can do to get my product fixed.
