Jathin09 , via OnePlus 6T , Dec 6, 2021 : I purchased a pair of OnePlus Buds in August 2020. One month later the left one started to fail. It was producing very low sound compared to the right one. So I went to service centre and got it replaced. They worked fine for a couple of months and same thing repeated. I again got them replaced. This happened for around 5 or 6 times till warranty is done. And now they say there isn't any paid service and my 5000 Rs is gone down the drain. OnePlus Buds is a defective product. A simple Google search would tell that. And OnePlus needs to have them replaced with another model instead of the same. Atleast there should be a paid service. Now I've paid 5000 Rs for an audio product to use them for one year. 5000 Rs is actually a huge amount for an audio product when you are getting some better quality TWS for 1500-2000. What is much more worse is OnePlus still selling OnePlus Buds instead of discontinuing them. OnePlus is making a fool of their customers.
