[OnePlus buds] my experience, what's going on?!

    Here is my (bad) experience with those buds.

    I bought the gray ones (this detail might be important, I don't know). Worked for a day.
    Then, when listening to music, I had no sound from the left bud. I had the (dis)connecting sound though. I tried everything: disconnecting them and even resetting them multiple times with no success.
    I saw on these forums that other people encountered the same problem, 2 even said it was also the gray ones. One guy told me that he asked for a remplacement and got another pair, defectuous as well.

    So, I asked for a remplacement. I just got my brand new pair today, tried them and guess what? No music from the left bud. I contacted the chat who opened a request for a 2nd change, but I'm afraid this 3rd pair of buds will be exactly the same. According to the person I got on the chat, it's not a firmware bug, it's an hardware defect.

    So what? Am I going to ask for remplacement 2 years in a row till the warranty ends? Will Oneplus make a statement about this issue?

    What are your thoughts, experience, information,...?

    I don't like in-ear buds. That's why I wanted the "normal" ones instead. Even if they are more expensive

    I think it might be a software bug. I'm going to send mine for a refund, but I've tried them again. First try: only the right one (99% of the time), 2nd time: both work! (it's very rare that I can get both of them working) 3rd time: only the left one! (never got that before), 4th time: back to only right bud
