    wait awhile ago I was able to use it but now since i downloaded the one you said(oneplus buds app) now its saying this

    You could just uninstall the Buds app whilst you wait for the update from T Mobile.

    Go to Apps and Notifications --> All apps --> Search OnePlus Buds (or Buds) --> Uninstall.

    This should get your heymelody app working again (hopefully)
