OnePlus Buds Pro not showing settings to control ANC Aug 27, 2021

    Same issue here. Using 9 plus pro on T-Mobile running oxygen os with android 11. No ANC, No wireless charging, no device detection....I had no issues at all with the OnePlus buds z.

    T-Mobile said the new update will be coming out in the next couple of weeks. It will not allow me to download the app manually. I found the old version deep in my apps and deleted it. It then let me download the Hey Melody app. But having a OnePlus 9 pro I would like to have the original customizable version, where I can access everything

    It keeps telling me that " your device doesn't support this version " of the OnePlus buds app. My OnePlus bud z let me access settings right from the Bluetooth settings where I can toggle the Dolby Atmos and find device

    So I just received my buds today and had the same issue. After reading through this thread, I installed OnePlus Buds apk from Apkmirror (link Jparkinson73 provided) and it worked for me after a couple of tries. I installed it after the buds were paired (through Bluetooth settings) and the headphone option showed up, but I was unable to change the ANC. I unpaired it, rebooted the device and this time it started pairing when I opened the buds case. Everything works now as it should now. Btw, I have a Tmo OnePlus 9.

    This issue only exists with the Oneplus 9 pro on T-Mobile. My girlfriend has the OnePlus 8T and the buds pro work perfectly with that device with no issues. And I forgot to mention that my phone's a carrier locked .

    OP Buds Pro and 8T. No options in settings. Updated the app and checked for system updates, re-paired the buds, but still nothing. Thoughts?

    To add... otherwise, they seem to work beautifully. When I put one in my ear, the little window pops up showing me battery percentages. So I know that app is doing something. I just can't get to settings for it. Is this normal?

    Hi bro, can you please help me how u are able to use hey melody app on ur oneplus mobile. I am using oneplus 8t but not able to connect to my oneplus Buds pro using hey melody app. It says not supported on oneplus mobile. Can you please help me here. Thanks in advance.

    I"m running the hey melody app with my OnePlus 9 pro so I can use the OnePlus budz pro, My girlfriend has a 8t and can use them with both the hey melody app and the OnePlus budz app that's stored in your phone by accessing it in your settings. Make sure you have the latest version of the hey melody app and that the app recognizes your budz. I have included screen shots of what mine looks like. 8 hope this helps you ...
