    while using the headphones, I ran into a problem, the right earphone turned off and does not charge and does not connect to the smartphone, the average number in the firmware number changed to 0 (467.0.411), the first two numbers should be identical since this is the firmware number of the left and right headphones and the third number is a case, there was probably a failure in the firmware, how to flash the earphone, and what actions should be taken?

    No it seems to be fine. I just wiggle the bud when i put it into the case nd its fine.

    no, I did not find a solution to the problem, I disassembled both headphones (the left one was not very successful) checked for a short circuit, as a result, everything is fine on the left earphone, and on the right one there is a short circuit, the support offered to contact the service center, but I did not apply, because I damaged the loop on the left earphone, and it is difficult to restore it, and there is no possibility, before disassembling the headphones, I contacted ONEPLUS support, they replied that this is a low-quality product and this is a warranty case
