OnePlus buds service taking too long

    Hello oneplus team,

    I have been facing problems with my OnePlus buds , so I gave it to my nearest service center for repair, they ordered for an replacement of the product, which was on 5 January 2020, and today is 22 January 2020 , it has been 17 days and there is no update on it.

    For reference my case i.d is 21011702902

    wherever I call the service center which is in warangal, and even the OnePlus customer service they only say that "we will update you" but whenever I call em its the same story all the time.

    17days is a long time for a replacement, didn't expect this from a reputable organization.

    Hope my problem would be solved.
