    Firmware 328.328.232
    Device OnePlus 6T

I received my new OnePlus Buds Z on 17th November 2020 and I'm pretty impressed by the sound quality and features.
I got a firmware update as soon as I connected the buds for the first time.

Only problem is when I'm in a call the voice is pretty low, the other person can hear me but the incoming voice is really low.
Is it because of the firmware issue or is it a hardware issue or am I missing any settings?

    Please suggest
    Thanks

I have the same issue. They say they can hear me well, but on my end it sounds like I'm under water

Yes pretty much the same issue. What should I do?
It's only been 2 days should I replace the buds or wait for firmware update?

For me low sound seems to be an issue during media playback as well!
Have to keep volume levels at or above 90 keep the sound decently loud...At volume levels of 50 and so, they sound unreasonably low...!
Have asked for replacement now but do u think that this is a firmware issue and can be rectified with an update? P.S- My current firmware is 328.

I also purchased the OnePlus Buds Z on 6th of April and they got delivered on 8th April and I was facing the same problem as well
So just do the following steps and it may troubleshoot the problem
Whenever on call using OnePlus Buds Z just reduce the volume and suddenly increase it back to full, the problem will be resolved in most of the case
Do leave a like if the problem is solved using the same method
