OnePlus buds z call volume via OnePlus Nord

    I recently bought oneplus buds z and while using it for a call the call volume is very low(slightly audible) , is it a bug or is a damaged one, I'm not able to figure it out.

    Hey, I have been using it from a couple of days with my 7T and I didn't have any issue with the low volume on calls. Might be a bug.

    Even I got my OnePlus buds Z right now and everything is fine but I cannot clearly hear my caller on the other side. If I'm connecting my buds to a non-oneplus phone, then the quality is very good but I'm having issue on my OnePlus 7T

    Same i got my OnePlus Budz Z today. And i can say the call volume is not even 25% . Using it on my OnePlus 8T. OnePlus seriously needs to fix this

    Yes. Is there any way we can complain it to the support team? Bcoz it really needs it be dealt with.

    Hi, in my case, initially the volume was fine. However, after using it for a couple of days, the max volume suddenly dropped to around 30%.

    The solution that I found was to "Reset" the Buds. After that the issue was resolved.

    1. Put both the Buds in the case.
    2. Keep the lid of the case open.
    3. Press and hold the reset button on the case (near the charging port) for 10 seconds.
    4. The led on the case would turn red.
    5. Keep holding the button till the led blinks 5 times.
    6. Done!

    I went to the service center today as I was facing the same problem. The technician first reset my buds and then he lowered the call volume to lowest and took it to full volume. It started working. Now my call quality is working fine.

    Recently so got my buds z.
    When paired with my nord,in-call volume is very low when it is showing maximum in the mobile.
    Rest of all functions are good like music playing etc,but volume is loud enough,
    So tried with other mobile(vivo Y12), the call volume is better.
    Then tried with another friend nord mobile,but in- all volume is same as with my Nord.

    Can somebody help to get this sorted out?

    I was having the same problem but it can be solved easily
    You just need to reset the buds z and then take the call volume to 0 and then to full
    For resetting open the case and keeps the buds inside press the switch and after approx 10 sec the light will turn to red

    I have having terrible issues with the call volume. It's abysmal. Can hardly hear the other person. Can anyone help fix this? Is this a defect or a software issue? Can it be fixed?

    I started facing the same issue on my 7T. The first day everything felt fine but 2nd day onwards the volume dropped to less than 50% it seems. Call volume is low, YouTube video and music play with low volume. Tried resetting it but no success.. tried the revamped dolby atmos software but not a permanent solution..

    Yes, i am.also facing the same issue along with , a 1-2 seconds of mute or slieance in the middle of a video , this is not expected from a brand like oneplus,
    Oneplus team please take appropriate action as soon as possible
