Oneplus Buds Z issue with windows Laptop Nov 25, 2020

    With oneplus buds z it's perfectly working with one plus 7t and other mobiles. But when coming with laptops (HP & Lenovo) its connecting everything is good but in the middle suddenly audio is cutting and after few seconds it automatically plays sound starting with right bud and the left continues. I check that my Bluetooth drivers are up to date and also windows are also up to date.I even got replace but the same problem exists.

    didnt find any solution oneplus support team are saying its not buds issue.so i returned them.i even checked with multiple laptops.

    yeah I have a HP laptop nd these frequent audio drops nd breaks is annoying, almost every other minute there is a cut in the audio

    i returned and bought oneplus bullets z bass edition and they are working super good

    I yesterday got my Buds Z, and today with my office HP Laptop I am facing the same issue. Audio is suddenly cut out and after 20-30 secs it's will start in every right bud first then left bud.
    Strange issue. Please OnePlus guys look into this issue.

    Yes, if you use them only for mobile they are perfect. but if you also want to use for laptop. Go for oneplus bullets nass edition. They work perfect and superb sound quality

    Connecting to laptop is not the issue but the call volume is very low sometimes

    Issue still exists while using youtube in laptop, But dont know what one plus team are doing without fixing this bug.
