    Hi all,

    Would appreciate a response.

I tried pairing the Buds Z with phone but it's asking for a pin code; I tried 0000 / 1234 it doesn't work.

Tried to reset the device by long pressing button on case as well but it still asks for pin when connecting .

Any ideas how to get the pin code ?

It is written in the manual. To reset the buds, do the following:
    1. Open the case, but keep the Buds inside.
    2. Press the reset switch for 10 seconds.
    3. The led on the case will turn to red.
    4. Leave the reset switch.
    5. Re-pair the Buds.

There is not even fast pairing support for OnePlus 6T. I was hoping for it.
Tried everything , The buds are no pairing woth my OnePlus 6t. Either by fast pairing or by manual bluetooth , it asks for passcode

Same with my OnePlus 7, I have to pair it again with the OP7 after opening the case. Moreover, connecting with the laptop is much more difficult. Again and again the same window to enter Pin code pops up. Anybody having solution for fast pairing will be highly appreciable

For me the most annoying issue is mic. The person on the other end cant understand anything. He just hears a blurry sound. Is it the same with you or should i replace it ?
P.S. for pairing i just had to pair one time manually. Now when i open my buds case , it automatically gets connected.

Follow these steps to use your buds on multiple devices:
    1. Open your case (with buds inside) and connect with your mobile (Pairing shouldn't require code)
    2. After connecting to your mobile, press power button at back of the case for few seconds until you see white light
    3. Once you see white light, open Bluetooth settings on your laptop/other device and pair it with buds (shouldn't ask you for code to pair if you followed prior steps)
    4. Viola, your buds are connected now with your other Bluetooth device
Note, you can actively connect your buds to only one device. For you to quick switch between your Bluetooth devices, you have to press on the touch area on your buds for about three seconds, your buds will automatically switch active connection between the devices (Bluetooth should be on in both devices).

    Hope this helps!

Considering Buds Z has only two mic, the mic quality would be bad for outdoor conditions (windy/noisy environment). Try testing the mic quality in a closed environment and see if it still blurry and not clear then you may try to go for a replacement as the mic might be buggy.

Just got them not even 10 mins ago......can't connect them at all. Been running around youtube to see how to connect them, and still no connection. I leave the case open next to my OnePlus 8 that is updated, I have the OnePlus Buds app installed.....still no connection. I turn on bluetooth, still no connection. I find them under pair new device, tap them and it tells me to put a pairing code "0000 or 1234" I do so and then my phone goes haywire. Stays saying connecting, then stops then I see a message pop up "bluetooth turned off/bluetooth turned on" 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ wtf is going on? Not even 20 mins with these things and already having issues. CAN SOMEONE HELP!?
