    So, during a global pandemic, you want a company to offer the option to refund a wearable audio device, just because the user didn't check the size specifications? The refund process costs a company big time, and during the Covid period, they will have to have cleaning rooms to open the product, sanitise it, and then resell it to someone else, just because the first buyer did not check the product description carefully. This will cost the company a lot more than the cost of the earphones, so I clearly don't understand why they would do this, when the fault here is clearly the buyer's.

    The buds disconnect easily and for 5 seconds span both the buds do not transmit sound even when connected. this has been occuring too often now. Please tell me what I should do
