    If it's under warranty, submit for warranty repair. If not then it may be cheaper to buy new headset than repair.

    Some time is working some time is not working this one is bug issues or something,my device no physical damage,and connecting and disconnecting time the tik sound also came but play the music no sound,and some time left side buds working and suddenly not working,I think this one is bugs issues .oneplus team we want update.

    OnePlus 7 pro, by the way my buds are working fine after resetting it 4-5 times, I don't know what's causing this.

    Sometimes the buds do not switch on, you have to reposition them in your ears, there is a sensor and sometimes it doesn't get activated

    Tried a thousand resettings and it still doesn't work. And I cannot get easily acccess to servicing center. So guys any suggestions?

    My buds started acting the same again so I sent them to the service center yesterday. Try pickup and drop on OnePlus care app.

    I reset it many times then it started working fine for some time, then left one didn't get switched on again, so I sent it to service center, they replaced both the buds and case!

    Hi,


    I bought my OnePlus bud in the month of Sept 2020.. now from last 1 month, I can see. The sound in both the pieces is not same.

    I have alreday followed the initial steps for rebooting my devices.. but nothing is working.

    So contacted OnePlus customer care ... And they have suggested me to raise a replacement request.

    Can someone help me with this?

    Go to the service center or if you don't want to go out, install OnePlus care app, press book a new repair > Add new device > Audio product > OnePlus Buds > Enter all the required info > Enter your address > We pickup your device.

    Mine got repaired the next day and came back after two days.

    My right bud hasn't been working at all. Even if I charge it, it shows 0% charge. I have a One Plus 7Pro. My buds are in warranty period and for me to write for a repair or exchange, I need to figure out the serial number. Can anyone please help me how to find the serial number of my buds?
