OnePlus Bullets Wireless Malfunction via OnePlus Community App

    Hello,

    I purchased my Bullets Wireless in March 2019. Within 3 months of purchase, I've had to get it replaced because of a manufacturing defect, which didn't play any sound though it was connected.

    But 5 months ago, i.e., in April, I've ran into another problem. The neckband overheats to an unbearable temperature, battery lasts for a very short amount of time and charges very slowly and it unpredictably turns off on its own. Maximum it lasted was about 5 months. Past tense because I've stopped using it for now. I have its necessity now because my classes started and I'm struggling with my current speaker setup.

    I'd like to mention that I can't visit a OnePlus service center in the next couple of weeks and I'm worried about the warranty situation. I've followed troubleshooting steps and still no luck [e]1f61e[/e]. I'm not in a situation to spend Rs.4K on another bullets wireless.

    Please help me out with this issue. 🤷🏽‍♂️
