Oneplus Bullets Wireless support

So I watched the launch livestream and was very excited when the Bullets Wireless were announced. Can I just ask why the 3 and 3T don't support the magnetic features? I would have bought them otherwise. Both phones are on Oreo, both have sufficient performance and a new enough Bluetooth rating, is there something I'm missing?

I guess it doesn't matter the phone you have, it switches off apparently when you connect them together so it's not a software thing

The above post pretty much sums it up. It's a good pair of earphones, with aptX support and a competitive price.
Since the 3 and 3T also support aptX, it should work nicely. I'm gonna get them.

From what I understood is that the magnetic feature with pauze>resume only works from the OP5 and onwards
The magnetic on/off function will work as that is not a software thing.

    Why? Ask Carl :)
