Even I am facing the exact issue. Additionally, sometimes (especially when I watch videos), the audio stops playing (even when it stays connected to my phone via bluetooth). The video keeps playing without audio.

Not understanding what to do.

I just asked for the replacement. Got the replacement yesterday. Till now no issues. But will keep checking.
