OnePlus bullets Z quick pair via OnePlus 7 Pro Nebula Blue

    I want to ask about the quick pair technology in the bullets Z. I purchased one just yesterday but on seperating the earbuds no pop up or notification is there to pair it quickly. I had to manually enter the bluetooth setting and paired a new device. Is there anything I am missing about the quick pair ?

    That's... what "quick pair" means. You obviously have to turn on Bluetooth for it to pair.

    I mean after turning on the bluetooth ofcourse. After turning on bluetooth and seperating the buds it didn't recognise a oneplus device by itself as was quoted and I had to open the settings and search for the headset manually.

    I think he means that if you turn on Bluetooth that the device will pop up an notification to pair your new bullet Z. But if I'm correct that's only on the 8 series and not on the older ones. Tried myself but couldn't get the first-time quick-pair message/notification.

    i took brand new OnePlus bullet wireless Z from Flipkart 15 days ago first it was working good and sounds were perfect but now from 4-5 days it is getting disconnected by its own and then getting connected by its own not only this but also the center button in between volume + and - keys is not working what is to be done now I've tried calling your toll free number but i haven't got any response yet i need your help

    Pretty fast I must say.. I updated my phone to latest version available on oxygen updater that is 10.3.3 and it started working for me too.. But the prompt only come after I open bluetooth settings not on the homescreen as in your case.

    Maybe you can just go to the order page on flipkart and tap return and write the reason that you received a defective product.

    So you can try sending them an email stating your problem. If the manufacturer or the retailer whoever may be selling this approve of your request you can return them. Else you can claim your warranty on this that your play/pause multifunction button is defective.
