Oneplus care app not detecting IMEI number. via OnePlus 7T

    Hi,
    I have recently bought the Oneplus Nord 2 5G, while going on Diagnose the phone on Oneplus care, I see an error and the IMEI number is not getting detected due to which I am not able to claim my 12 month extended warranty on red cable club app. Tried with customer support but no response. Please check

    Same here I bought Nord2 tommorow and on opening OnePlus store and going in device section to claim OnePlus care it shows please login with OnePlus phone .(this app isn't recognising the nord2)

    And my phone is listed in other devices with my imei no. (App doesn't recognises that it is the same phone)

    This seems to be a common issue and I believe the devs are already aware.
    Have you already tried contacting OnePlus Support at www.oneplus.in/support ?

    I am aware of the process of finding IMEI. But the problem is oneplus care app is not recognising the IMEI and not registering the product due to which I am unable to claim 12 month extend warranty and also with red cable pro plan it was mentioned that for nord users 1 TB of cloud storage will be provided instead I only got 120 gb of cloud storage.

    Yes, I got that now.
    I'm not super familiar with it because it's not available in my country, but I searched in previous threads and I couldn't find a solution that didn't involve just contacting support.
    Therefore if that doesn't work out for you, try submitting a feedback at https://forums.oneplus.com/feedback/

    What I think is, the device has just launched and even OnePlus Care isn't equipped to identify it
    Should be added soon.

    I am also facing the same issue and device is linked but unable to avail red cable club membership I have purchased. Oneplus care app also doesn't recognize the device.

    After the update, now able to select my device while applying extended warranty. Anyone claimed extended warranty?

    I am still not sure to claim as neither oneplus care showing the correct device or oneplus app/website.
