Hi, I've owned OPO for about a month and half. I just realized that there might be an issue with my camera. Every picture seems to be blurred. However, when I'm taking it, the auto focus seemed to work very well. I might attach some examples later. But anybody else has been experiencing the same issue? Thanks and Have a good day!

Let's just hope with a few software updates (Most of them are software related) that they will all be fixed!

Check both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz WiFi networks. I have both and the download speed on the 5Ghz network is 10 times better than the 2.4Ghz network.

You're so full of BS I don't understand how one's mind can get so f**ked up.

You read my threads (links in the sig) and THEN you come back here and tell me, was that also part of the deal?? Paying $100, $200, $349, $899 or whatever, being served a DOA garbage crap mock-up phone that doesn't even power on, and then I'm supposed to buy that crap of yours..."oh, blame yourself, you paid for a cheap product".

It's not about being cheap or expensive. it's about CREDIBILITY.
Yeah, your company makes junk..sure, of course they have the right to sell bricks if people would buy them, but then you TAKE CARE OF YOUR UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS.

That's the whole point of being a newcomer on a competitive market. This bloody company doesn't care about customer, just their precious margins. I don't give a flying rats *** whether they manage to have a profit or if they went down under. I am a CUSTOMER and I paid for a supposedly finished product. Minor flaws, sure, np, but a DOA unit and THEN the support tells me "when we sent it to you it was new and working so it's your falut" ???! And that is okay, because they're new on the market?!?!

Oh just shut up....so much crap. They have no QC, no CS and those issues were NOT apparent judging the way how they promoted themselves, so now when all that shit becomes transparent, it's absolutely okay IMHO to ***** about it and never "settle" for shit loads of bricks being sent out to people. EVERY single customer is as important as the next one.

But that doesn't mean that they are beta testing on us. That means they're a shitty company. My phone didn't have multitouch. You get what you pay for. On Friday, I went out and bought an iPhone 6 Plus because Apple actually has customer service.

We both bought a phone that is half the price of competing phones with similar specs. Did you really just think you were getting a good deal? There is a reason that other companies sell these phones for $600. It's not just "cuz they can" as OnePlus would have you believe. They save money by not having a support staff. They save money by not allowing anyone to return defective models.

But you had to know you were taking a risk by buying such a cheap phone. If you didn't, then yea it's your fault.
