I just recently bought oneplus 7t for the first time but I did not see a dirty forum like community forum of oneplus where after every thread comes a threatening message that first search then write and someone closes my thread. For this, I would just like to say that it is better to waste time by searching your thread out of millions of threads to say my point that I do not post here. oneplus change its rules under the rights of its customers otherwise no one will have time to do this search in future. Thank you

    Hey bud.

    Nobody here is threatening you.

It is part of the forum policy to search before creating a redundant thread.

I must say I do like that you are encouraging users to actually use the search function. Unfortunately your actions will end up futile because they just don't listen.

My brother is not a thread related to my problem, but if a thread has a comum related to my problem which is not a solution, then what is the point of searching for it, and if I have searched then what will I achieve . Before oneplus I have used mobiles of other brands but in their forums it is not possible that if any thread is duplicated then it is closed. After all, what is the problem with double thread. Can the nature of the problem look the same?

Maybe the problem is that you don't understand how a forum works.
What is the point of having a forum if anyone just created a new thread every time that wants to ask something. Who will respond the same question over and over again?
If you have an issue and want to get a reply without the hassle of using the search, why not contact support? Now you even have whatsapp!
I understand that you see this rules like arbitrary, but without them this forum would be a complete mess.

I can understand the rules of the forum, but I do not understand why such rules were made, in this forum, the customer has to find 1 hour before telling his problem, whether the problem is related to anyone else, but It is also not easy to find it because everyone has used the same sentences or not an affinity before writing the thread which is very difficult to find. Forgive me but I did not find the rules of oneplus community forum right.

Again, nobody is forcing you to use the forum. You can contact support directly without the hassle of using the search.
You can use whatsapp, chat, mail, call or visit a service center. Just go to the support page and choose!

It's better to search, even if it needs an hour to find what you're looking for...
    Believe me...

My first thread from November 2017 never got an answer... :D

9 times out of 10 the problem has the same solution. The point of searching is to see if others have also had the same problem and the solution to it may also be there.

But the problem with duplicate threads is that it gets a bit repetitive. Hence why often times moderators link you to another thread before closing.

As mentioned before you can bypass the forum completely. We are just users here after all. The same as you are.
