OnePlus, for everyone who ordered their phone almost 2 weeks ago, could we have a free case?

    I honestly don't know why he's getting such hostile replies. He spent a good amount of money to have the phones shipped via express mail and it wasn't so "express". That money could've been spent towards a case if he knew express didn't actually meant express. Why does that sound unreasonable?

    just submit a ticket. It will take a while for a response but once they respond they are very helpful. Just give it time. I had problems with my order to and it took about two weeks to get it. but believe me the wait was worth it

    I am almost 15 and can't work, so money isn't exactly easy either.

    I understand that.... Least they could do is make their customers aware of the fact somewhere during the order process...ignorance isn't always bliss.... Especially when you spent a lot of money on the product.

    I'm strictly speaking from personal experience from working in the customer relation field for years. So I apologize if I offend anyone.
