    There is a glitch regarding the entry of original warranty date

    It is getting extended on the base of the date which is entered in 'Warranty till'.

    Hi,

    Who all are facing issue regarding the wrong extension of warranty date.
    Follow these 2 steps-

    1) Reboot your devices and check
    (This should resolve the issue)

    If still reflecting the wrong date
    2) Uninstall the app and reinstall it.

    App version should be 4.3.2

    If unfortunately issue remains,
    Please mail to support@servify.tech, http://oneplus.net/support and onepluscare@oneplus.com.

    They will resolve the issue.

    Mine is sorted now.

    I've tried rebooting my device, and reinstalled the oneplus care app. waiting for servify to rectify the problem.

    The quality of updates from the Oneplus side is poor sometimes, ie. facing abnormal battery drain, bugs etc. These issues occurs in some updates frequently, like battery drain issues in most cases. In current version of oneplus 6 ( 9.0.8 ) battery life is good, but i don’t about battery life in the future updates.

    The quality of software updates should be checked before releasing to customers even for OLD DEVICES.
    They are many people investing phone for some long years, for them doing this by oneplus company is unfair. There are lot of other mobile brands are available , which is as good as oneplus at half price of oneplus phone price, this behaviour of company would make customers to CHANGE to other devices which is half price of oneplus. The quality of software updates should be checked before releasing to customers even for OLD DEVICES.

    Now the current situation faced by Oneplus 3 users due to its latest software update is heavy battery drain and facing other bugs (even after clear cache and factory reset) . The quality of software updates should be checked before releasing to customers even for old devices.

    Why should customer face such problems ?
