I mailed several emails to there support team but no answer but a revert mail how you feel about oneplus I suppose oneplus made these buds by assuming that it will fit every ear on earth moreover they say they have no refund or replacement with other product policy here I am stuck with a product for which I paid my hard earned money but is useless for me I have learnt my lesson never buy from oneplus store buy from Amazon they offer flexible deal somebody told me to write on this page some action will be taken but seriously I have no hope oneplus after sales policies and service is pathetic which are not customer friendly they boast a lot about their products in advertisement s but at service front they a stuburn and arrogant Sanjay Chawla

B_Wrath , Jan 18, 2021 : You bought an item without knowing about it. How is OnePlus responsible for it? No item fits everyone's need. The onus is on the buyer to take care of it. I for one, know that the buds won't fit me, so I didn't buy. I chose the Buds Z instead. You are the one spending money. You should be more careful on what you buy.

McJader , Jan 18, 2021 : It seems you don't research a product before buying it. There were multiple reviews in which the fitting issue and lack of silicon tips were mentioned, which is one of the reasons why I didn't buy them. Well you've learnt a lesson the hard way, next time be more careful.

OnePlus is going to lose so much business. Only the people who don't know anything they're buying can be taken advantage of.

Wth is this argument that you should do your research before buying? Do you guys "reasearch" before buying a shirt, shoes or jeans? No, you just buy what's close to your size and return it if doesn't fit.

Seriously, have you never bought two shirts/pants that are of wildly different actual sizes though they are of the same "number"? Btw, even Amazon does not allow you to return earphones officialy. But they will 9 times out of 10 anyway cuz they're not idiots.
