Recently I purchased oneplus buds the size doesn't fit into my ear after contacting n number of times to there customer service they literally said you bought it now you have to bear it. I mailed several emails to there support team but no answer but a revert mail how you feel about oneplus
I suppose oneplus made these buds by assuming that it will fit every ear on earth moreover they say they have no refund or replacement with other product policy here I am stuck with a product for which I paid my hard earned money but is useless for me I have learnt my lesson never buy from oneplus store buy from Amazon they offer flexible deal somebody told me to write on this page some action will be taken but seriously I have no hope oneplus after sales policies and service is pathetic which are not customer friendly they boast a lot about their products in advertisement s but at service front they a stuburn and arrogant

You bought an item without knowing about it. How is OnePlus responsible for it? No item fits everyone's need. The onus is on the buyer to take care of it.
I for one, know that the buds won't fit me, so I didn't buy. I chose the Buds Z instead.
You are the one spending money. You should be more careful on what you buy.

Where they wrote or mentioned it doesn't fit alll does
Apple. write on the box it may not fit all for airpods
Onus is not on customer and not every customer does expert like you R & D this logic of yours is hard pill to swallow Oneplus should have mentioned in their colur ful ads or on the box or in the specifications that suitable for particular ear size

It seems you don't research a product before buying it. There were multiple reviews in which the fitting issue and lack of silicon tips were mentioned, which is one of the reasons why I didn't buy them. Well you've learnt a lesson the hard way, next time be more careful.

    It's completely OnePlus fault.

They know most of their buyers are pretty stupid by now.

Recently oneplus released hand band do you know everything about it if you are going to buy it. People buy by the reputation of company or the performance of its previous products

Yes....losing one customer who didn't think about the possibility that the earpods that come in one size may not fit him
The fact that he can't read the terms of sale / warranty / return / refunds on the website....even worse !
OnePlus is going to lose so much business.

Only the people who don't know anything they're buying can be taken advantage of.

I've bought earphones that I've promptly returned because they don't fit. Wth is this argument that you should do your research before buying? Do you guys "reasearch" before buying a shirt, shoes or jeans? No, you just buy what's close to your size and return it if doesn't fit.

People usually check the terms of return / refund before buying.
Amazon policies are not the same as OnePlus policies.

Things that have standardized sizes and fits ? Who came up with these things !

A standardized fitting that works for all sizes and is never wrong? I think I must've missed that invention.

Seriously, have you never bought two shirts/pants that are of wildly different actual sizes though they are of the same "number"?

Btw, even Amazon does not allow you to return earphones officialy. But they will 9 times out of 10 anyway cuz they're not idiots.

If they are "wildly" different , then one of them doesn't know how to use a tape measure.

This guy didn't buy from Amazon.

Read a ******* review before buying an unreturnable product then. Maybe go check them out in person at the nearest store.

They are similar in the aspect that sizing matters.
Clothes, watches, earphones, etc fall into a similar category of accesories.
