OnePlus launcher no longer compatible with your device Aug 2, 2021 via OnePlus 8T

Check the version of OOS you have installed in Settings, About Phone and Build number, Model number as well.

Ok, scout, Launcher and other OnePlus Apps should work, did you check the Gallery App or any other OnePlus apps to see if they gave the same issue. So long as you are currently in India region, also check the Playstore regional information in case that changed for some reason.

If this is still set correctly, Clear the Google Playstore app info Cache and App info Storage as well.

I Just resetted it again but still no use.
And cleared cache and storage just now but still no use.
OnePlus launcher recieved an update Today.
maybe that's still not compatible with 8t?

Did you check the Playstore regional info as suggested, and also see if the OnePlus Gallery is available on the Playstore as well?

Yeas OnePlus gallery was there and that was upto date.
Only launcher got this issue.
As I said region information is still India

And by any chance had you uninstalled it from the Play Store earlier before the Reset?

But is it not by default showing in the installed apps list, why do you want to install it from here. I doubt that the default launcher can be installed/uninstalled but only updated.

When i try to update OnePlusLuncher from google play i receive this error:
This app is no more compatible with your phone.
This is really strange because this should be a bugfix update.
Someone with the same problem?

No I haven't uninstalled it.

It is installed by default but it's not updating to the latest version.
From what I'm thinking OnePlus pushed an update to launcher Today on the playstore that may not be compatible with the 8t so that's the reason why it's not updating.
But I never got this issue before.
I've resetted my device due to soem glitch during games.
But after that this issue began.
I resetted again to solve this but it's still the same.
So I left it as it is.
