There are some good people at OP, decent folks that care , most are NOT visible on the forums.

interestingly enough, EngineerMode has been ALOT more active this past week on my OP5.

i originally blocked its internet access for a test, and left it blocked for about a month now.
but since last week sometime, i noticed its been trying to communicate outside very frequently.

i dont know which services are being blocked, im not smart enough to find that out.. but this could help someone smarter than me to find some more info.

this screenshot is from AFwall+, and that block counter is from 2 days ago on my last reboot.

it's a golden opportunity. and a black death of security.

For me, I can flash OOS, and root it with SuperSU, without unlocking the bootloader, on the other hand, anyone can root it and unlock it by running a few adb commands. I would recommend not to activate debugging from Developer mode if you want security over usability.
