Bully70 , via OnePlus Nord N200 T-Mobile , Dec 1, 2021 : The phone needs an update or something. There's buttons not responsive, the screen blanks out, and doesn't come back on for some time, the other day the phone erased my phonebook... overall, it's been having glitch after glitch, and I haven't had the phone (2)two-weeks, yet! To Whom it concerns, Thank You
SuperDave69 , Dec 3, 2021 : You can check for your updates manually in the settings and as for the screen blanking out.. you probably have it in Pocket Mode, which is also in the settings too. Pocket Mode will definitely blank the screen especially when trying to answer or hang up the phone.
SuperDave69 , Dec 3, 2021 : As for your contacts disappearing that may also be a settings issue, but you can just download them again from Google.
Bully70 , via OnePlus Nord N200 T-Mobile , Dec 3, 2021 : Thanks alot for the feedback SuperDave69... Just this morning Metropcs called me, and gave me a replacement,, so far so good, but still in all - thanks for your input.
JGENTERPRISES , via OnePlus Nord N200 T-Mobile , Dec 6, 2021 : Hi everyone. I just got a OnePlus N200 5G and so far, I like it. The only issue I have with it is not having a Home button. It's a new learning curve for me so I'll be asking a lot of questions here.
Bounds050 , via OnePlus Nord N200 T-Mobile , Dec 8, 2021 : The phone is good but it freezes and lags a lot. The buttons don't work most of the time and in the display section the close out time won't say on the limit that I put it on it keeps going back to 30 second time out. Fix this bug and this will be a good phone
Bully70 , via OnePlus Nord N200 T-Mobile , Dec 8, 2021 : Guess You get what you pay for, HUH?!... It's definitely a nice phone, just doesn't have all it's faculties,, especially when we're use to having better! Hey, it is what it is, HUH Boundso5o?... I recently took my nord200 back to Metro, shit was goin through all type of glitches... I only had the joint like 9-dayz. Fortunately, this day I went back complaining - I got a good understanding sales person that took the time to order me another brand new replacement... You know I was - "Soooped"!! Every since then, No Problems... it's just a laggy-slow phone!
SuperDave69 , Dec 13, 2021 : I will admit, I have never had Metro voluntarily ever replace a phone, let alone call me back, unless it he's been 72 hours or less after purchase, Even if they were insured.
Bully70 , via OnePlus Nord N200 T-Mobile , Dec 13, 2021 : SuperDave69, The customer service agent did say- I wasn't the Only one to come in complaining about the phone acting up. An so far, everything's been good, no Problems. Hey, don't Get it twisted,, I did have an ******* rep. that worked there and he was on some bullshit - talking he doesn't see anything wrong with the phone, it seems to be alright... I'm explaining to this knucklehead that the phone is having glitches, doin what it wants, it's defective. That's when I spoke with another rep. at the same place and she was more understanding. You're not just gonna take my money and give me Anything,, **** That!!... Good to hear from you SuperDave69 Peace
SuperDave69 , via OnePlus Community App , Dec 13, 2021 : It's amazing all the troubles people have had with the N200..I haven't had a single one. I guess I am just used to the Oxygen version of Android is all. They do get better believe it or not. If you are worried about lagging and speed, just back the animations down in developer mode! I helps the phone to function a little faster.
