    The UI of this device is not good at all. It doesn't provide all the features of android 11 and Oxygen OS as well. This wasn't expected from OnePlus.
    Please fix this ASAP.
    I REPEAT, IT DOES NOT FEEL LIKE USING OXYGEN OS OR ANDROID 11 AT ALL.

    Hi!!
    i got a question about the 5g. I got a virtual provider called Iliad (living in italy) and a 5g plan. I went to an active 5g repeater (at least it should be already active) but the phone still remained in 4g+.
    Looking into the network settings i still can only choose between 2g and 2/3/4g. There is no choice about 5g at all.

    Now the question is, could it be that the phone is "incompatible" with the 5g hardware from the carrier or a problem with the phone itself?
    Shouldn't there be the 5g option at all to choose from? I can remember back in the days when 3g was starting that even if i hadn't a plan activated on my sim card i could choose in my phone the automatic switch 2g/3g


    Edit: Figured out the issue. One Plus has to update the network Policy Files in Order to enable 5g with minor carriers...

    I have been using Oneplus 3T from 2017 and recently, I have purchased a new Nord 2 5G phone on 25th Oct 2021. After a week's use, i am observing performance and battery heating issues. I am neither a gamer nor a heavy user, however the phone gets heated up and battery gets drained fast when not in use as well. i have tried to optimize the apps and tried to turn off GPS, however the problem still persists. sometimes the phone gets really heated up and makes it more uncomfortable to use. Kindly advise what needs to be done to solve this issue ASAP.

    Yes Nord 2 blasted and OnePlus is refunding for the device and also paying for the victims medical expenses. So OnePlus admits it.
