OnePlus Nord and the gift pre_order failed Jul 23, 2020

I writing this to share with the community and also need of answer from OnePlus Team .
I pre-ordered OnePlus Nord and I got number with it I can order the smartphone I was excited to do so ( just for info the number is only to use until today evening) I go to the website and start my order at end of the bag I have to chose special gift as pre-ordered the phone unfortunately there's no gift available any more ! That's mean i be promised from OnePlus to get special gift when I do me pre-ordered and naw now gift any more !
I don't really understand this why OnePlus offer pre-ordered when they can not have enough gift for the pre-order ?
And why even send me the number to pre-order when they know there's no gift ?
I just decided to not ordered naw because is not making different for me to ordered it after because in any case well be normal order naw !
Need some answer from the OnePlus team .
