    Can the wireless z earphones be charged using the warp charger and cable instead of the cable provided with earphones? The cable which came with the earphones is much thinner

    Bro it can be charged with the warp charger as it supports warp charging.You can use the phone charging cable if you want.The earphones charges at an amazing speed with the warp charger

    They are frickin messing with us man.I first ordered a gift box on 30th and it was supposed to be delivered on 4th and I didn't get it so I waited then contacted them on 7th telling that I haven't received it.They told that the place where they ship it from is in containment zone and they themselves just cancelled the order and asked us to reorder it. I had to wait for a while for the phone case to come back in stock though.Then I again ordered it on 9th and I still haven't received it yet.They are telling that it is shipped but the delivery people are just postponing the date of delivery every day and when I contacted the one plus customer care they are telling that I will get in a week.The next day when I checked the delivery page they postponed it again.What sort of crap is this.

    Oh. I know how frustrating that can be. I got the delivery within 4 days though. I too waited for the blue to come back in stock before ordering. This is for Pune.

    Does anyone think that the Nord Blue Case is a little over the top
    The colour is way too bright as compared to the original back colour which I love
    Wonder if I should have taken the black colour option.

    I live in Kerala.The delivery partner just keeps postponing the date of delivery man.Till today evening it showed the product would be delivered on 17th.Now they changed it again and is saying 18th.Its been the same way since 14th onwards.Everyday changing delivery date man.

    Yeah.Its shipped by delhivery.They haven't updated any status about where the product is right now .They just keep extending the delivery date everyday.Its so frustrating man

    I Pre Ordered my phone in India on July 15. For my One Plus Nord Pre Order Gift Box 2, I redeemed the code I received from Amazon and ordered it from OnePlus website on 4th Sept. But the logistics company who was supposed to deliver my package has mentioned the package as "lost" just when it has reached my nearest hub. Now, I have raised the issue with OnePlus Care through email from 11th September, but I am not getting any response. I have not found a solution on how I can get a replacement. Can someone help me out?

    They don't respond to mails that quick because of limited resources instead you can have a call or chat with the customer service
