OnePlus Nord Buds unable to connect to OnePlus buds app via OnePlus Community App

    It's already connected. What you mean by not connected by "OnePlus buds app" ? There is no dedicated app that can be opened like OnePlus Health or other apps for buds. The "OnePlus Buds" is baked into the OS, simply connect it as written on the manual and all the features can be found in the Bluetooth menu.

    You can reset the buds if it's not working properly. Disconnect it then put it in the case and close it. Now open it and press the button for few seconds until you see the light blinks red. This will reset the Buds.

    Buds touch cannot be modified and there is no option for firmware update.
    And there is a dedicated app for the OnePlus Buds
