Does it happen only in the Google app?
And your signal seems pretty poor. Does the loading fail when you have full signal too?

    Reset the Network Adapters.

Settings, System, Reset Options, Reset WiFi Mobile Bluetooth.

For WiFi issues also check the links below.

Also a suggestion here for 8 Series but some of the suggestions may crossover to other OnePlus phones .

    Absolutely shameless.
Every single user is suffering from this problem. Yet OnePlus will come up with every excuse not to fix this issue.
Has anyone used the chat customer service? Seriously words can not describe how dumb and incompetent oneplus staff are. I thought it was just one person but it's all of them

It's a Mobile Network issue in India and nearby locations, its not an issue in Europe.

It happens in Europe as well. I live in the Netherlands and mobile network is not working correctly on my Nord either.

Can't believe after all these complaints that OnePlus are so incompetent and dumb not to fix this. I knew I should have got the new Google phone. Return processed good riddance OnePlus. It's definitely not been fun

Guys, Check this out.You will face wi-fi connectivity issue too.Just replicate the scenario i am describing.Choose Jiofi router, connect Oneplus Nord, another any smartphone and any laptop under same Jiofi router. All will work fine till now, then just disconnect laptop wifi. You will notice the other smartphone wifi still works fine but Oneplus Nord wifi will be unstable now, it will connect with wifi and will disconnect within a second, and this connect-disconnect will happen infinite times. Now if you connect the laptop wifi again, you will notice the wifi in Oneplus Nord automatically becomes stable again. Again you disconnect the laptop wifi, again you will see the issue. You may not notice the issue in single try, try at least 4 times and I am sure u will find the issue. To observe this a laptop connection is must. Where as u will see the other smartphone wifi works smoothly under same Jiofi. This only solves when u reboot the Jiofi. Now Nord wifi works fine until u connect any laptop to same jiofi again and observe the same issue again. Doing on/off wifi in Nord, reseting network in Nord, rebooting Nord, chaning settings to keep always wifi On, does not solve the issue. This is a genuine issue bcoz I observed the same issue with two different Nord phone, that means it exists in many Nord phone. I am chasing this with Oneplus support in Twitter, but the bother little to reply back and solve the issue!!
