OnePlus Nord frequent browsing failure due to no network

    Sounds like an issue with the Jio WiFi router.

    Let me tell you, from lock down (i.e., March 2020) I am using same JioFi and I was using my laptop and Honor 9i phone same way all the time. I have not faced the issue single time. Again to test out more, I checked with Realme 2 pro and Asus m2 max pro and Oppo f1s. I never faced the issue for single time with any of the other smartphone. So request you to check the scenario from ur end like i described (if there is a possibility). I am almost sure I will face the issue too. And do let me know ur test results. I have also recorded the video to show when Nord wifi is fluctuating, at the same time just beside Nord, the Asus phone wifi works fine under the same JioFi router under the same situation. Nord wifi fluctuates every time where as Asus wifi works perfectly every time

    It's impossible to tell without physically checking. You could also bring it to an approved OnePlus service center and see if they can check it out.

    What slot is your sim in I had same problem so on chat to OnePlus for an hour ended up with me starting an RMA so when finding my IMEI no I noticed my sim was in slot two changed it and no problems so far

    Sorry it seams to have fixed mine thought I would put it out there mine will probably be sent to them on RMA in a week when it hasn't worked there maybe something in the sim tray maybe try as I said when I got the phone usual thought I know everything and just shoved the sim in and never noticed it had a slot both sides

    there is a big network issue in nord..whenever I Google anything it says offline even the data is on...as u give reload it loads with ease.. donno whats the pblm with nord...and while playing pubg u get connection lost message and u have to re enter match again...if it happens when there r enemies in front they u knw wt happens....
    next CODM ...same pblm ... connection lost ...and here to reconnect u should turn on airplane mode and off it again...
    next Among us ...u can't play among us in nord ..don't even dare to because u will be the only one walking around and others will be standing still....and it does not have a option of reconnecting ...so u can't play among us ...30000 gone in vain..


    plz OnePlus team this is a major issue plz solve this with update or if it's hardware plz fix it in your store plz ...
    I hope u will consider....

    OnePlus team isn't doing anything to fix this issue. Majority of ppl are facing it and it's been almost two months since Nord release. plz fix this major issue

    This is my first oneplus. I think it will also be the last. 400 € for a phone that immediately gives problems. I do nothing with the community if the device from birth has software or hardware problems.

    I have the same problem, cant start homepage on google, when using mobileconnection.
    I live in Denmark, Europe.
    Works sometimes to go back and search the same homepage again, and IT Will Work

    Having the same issue.

    It loses connectivity and people can't reach me - so it's not just the internet which is gone, it's completely the phone signal ...

    @OnePlus - What are you going to to about that?
